Please review these terms carefully. Your membership and use of our platform is subject to these conditions.
Welcome to Adhrit Development Consultancy ("the Portal"), operated by the business partners (Kavya Vani and Ghanshyam Jethwa), a registered partnership firm in India with its principal office at F No 122 , PKT A Sec G MIG Flat, Mayur Vihar Phase 3rd Opp SFS Flats, Delhi-110096.
By registering as a member, you ("User", "Member", "You") agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Agreement" or "Terms"). These Terms apply globally, including for users from the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK), and incorporate provisions required under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Purpose of the Portal
The Portal is a collaborative platform designed to support individuals and organizations working in the social sector by enabling access to shared resources, learning modules, networking spaces, and tools for collaboration.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- You confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
- You must comply with applicable local laws, including data protection laws if you reside in the EU or UK.
3. Membership and Use
- Membership may be free or paid (subscription-based). Plan details and pricing will be disclosed at the time of sign-up.
- By registering, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Portal in accordance with these Terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership for any reason, including misuse of the platform.
4. User Conduct
Members agree to:
- Engage respectfully and professionally with others.
- Not post or share any unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful content.
- Respect the intellectual property and privacy of others.
- Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal or its systems.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Portal (except user-generated content) is the intellectual property of the Portal or its licensors.
- Members retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant the Portal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote such content for educational and community-building purposes.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
A. For All Users:
- We collect and process personal data (such as name, email, location, professional affiliation) to manage your membership, deliver services, and improve the platform.
- Please refer to our full Privacy Policy as per Annexure 1 for details.
B. For EU and UK Residents:
- We process your personal data under the lawful bases of contractual necessity, legitimate interest, or explicit consent, as applicable.
- You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; restrict or object to its processing; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- We only transfer your data outside the EU/UK where adequate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at contact@adhrits.com.
7. Payments and Refunds
- Subscription fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed in US$ or INR or other currencies as applicable. Currency conversion fees may apply for international users.
- Paid services are non-refundable except as required under applicable laws or as explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
8. Termination
- You may terminate your membership at any time via your profile settings or by contacting us.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Portal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Portal.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
- Users from other jurisdictions must ensure their use of the Portal is lawful under local laws.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Portal with a revised effective date. Your continued use signifies acceptance.
