Adhrit Development Consultancy (ADC) founded in New Delhi (India) in 2022 is a registered consultancy firm under the Partnership Act, 1932. We are also registered under Government of India’s MSME and GST laws. We offer international humanitarian and development program management services.

We, at Adhrit Development Consultancy, are a group of well experienced (15+ years) professionals from development and humanitarian sectors. We believe in supporting and enhancing the lives of the marginalised and vulnerable people, especially children, women, men and people living with disability. Our approach is inclusive with focus on child rights, disability, gender equality and local leadership.

Our members offer technical and professional services to NGOs, INGOs, UN Agencies, CSR foundations, institutions, academicians etc. Coming together a consultancy firm, the services we offer include - but not limited to - digitisation of program management information; end-to-end program cycle management (needs assessment, project planning including budgeting, monitoring system, evaluation and learning); documentation, training and mentoring to program leads and managers.

At Adhrit Development Consultancy, we can help you conceptualise development initiatives, build resilience and capacity of people and communities to enhance the lives of the vulnerable and marginalised groups such as women, children and persons with disability. Further, ADC has a pool of expertise with immense knowledge and strong network of partnerships to deliver outcomes to diverse stakeholders across the globe.

Kavya Vani

Kavya is a senior consultant with more than 16 years of experience in humanitarian and development programs. Her experience includes multi-states humanitarian aid emergency response; Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and climate change; bonded labour; women and child development; education; health; child protection; and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) in India. Her expertise also includes research, documentation and project formulation.

Master of Social Work from School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore (India), Kavya has led numerous teams in emergencies with international NGOs, UNICEF, and district and state governments across India. Her detailed profile is at LinkedIn.

Ghanshyam Jethwa

Ghanshyam is a senior leader for 15 years with a total 30 years of experience in social sector. He has led and facilitated Strategic Plans worth more than $100 million (INR 740 crore) and partnership with over 200 organisations, contributing positive impact on 100 million children, women and men. He has mentored and managed multi-national multi-disciplinary teams of more than 500 leaders, managers and technical as well as medical experts in three countries - India, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. His experience includes emergency and development programs, especially child rights, public health and WASH, with integration of cross-cutting themes such as child protection, disability and gender equality. His expertise also includes research, documentation, policy strengthening, training and capacity building.

MBA from University of Liverpool, UK, Ghanshyam’s experience includes working with Aga Khan Rural Support Program India, Caritas India, Oxfam Great Britain, Save the Children Australia and UNICEF India. His detailed profile is at LinkedIn.

Manish Jain

Manish is a development and disaster management professional with 30 years of experience in India and other countries (Afghanistan, Mozambique, Papua New Guinea and Sudan). His expertise includes designing and executing country program strategies, leading and managing country programs with focus on disasters, development and policy advocacy, especially related to child protection, education, health, nutrition, WASH, human trafficking, gender and natural resources. He has experience of managing programs directly as well as through partner organisations. Manish also specialises in research, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, policy analysis and advocacy.

Master of Science from University of Oxford, UK, Manish has worked as Country Director with international NGOs, leading and managing international teams in humanitarian and development programs management. Dr. Prahalad Kumar Rana

Dr. Rana is a senior leader, manager and trainer with 24 years of experience in health sector. He has led and managed humanitarian emergency programs, especially health programs management in India and abroad (Ethiopia, Papua New Guinea, South Sudan and Sri Lanka). He has expertise in Community-based health, Public Health, HIV and AIDS, Life Skills Development for People living with HIV and AIDS, Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), and training and capacity building of health personnel.

A medical doctor working as freelance health program consultant, Dr. Rana has worked with IFRC (International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies) as Health Delegate and Health Coordinator.
